Link Love Friday!

By-Jenny2

Happy Friday and happy September! We have been so busy with projects and back to school activities that blog posts have been few and far between lately. Well, not to worry. We have lots of of projects to share and more fun stuff in store for this month, including a couple of giveaways. Yay!

For now, I have some recent discoveries to share...

- Design Seeds shows images and pulls the color palette for them. It is awesome color inspiration! Blogger Jessica also writes another blog, Fresh News by Seed Design Consultancy, where she gathers inspiration in broader strokes and themes. Love it!

- I recently stumbled upon A Cuppa and a Catchup and absolutely love her style. Lots of linen mixed with prints and some embroidery stitches thrown in.

- Another blog that is new to me -- but evidently not to lots of folks out there -- is One Flew Over. Great quilts and "Friday Favorites" round-ups that are chock-full of inspiration.

- It's not secret that I love Knit Picks and have knitted with their yarn quite a bit in the past. I haven't touched my knitting needles in a while, but I am obsessing over their new line of Wool of the Andes Tweed Yarn. I have had dreams about it, I kid you not. Might have to place an order soon...

- If you like art but can't afford art, here's a website for you! 20 x 200 sells affordable art in limited prints and editions for $20, $50, $200 or more. You pick your size and whether you want it framed. How awesome is that?

- Papernstitch is an exhibition site that promotes artists and artisans, pretty cool stuff. There's also a neat blog that goes along with it. The editor, Brittni, is moving to Seattle which I saw on Twitter which is how I found her websites. Ah, technology.

- Do you know The Intrepid Thread? It's a great little fabric shop on Etsy, great prices, selection and customer service. I recently ordered some fabric from them, ahem.

Have you found some great stuff online this week? Let me know in the comments or come visit us on Facebook to chat. All right, I'm off to take the kids blackberry picking in Discovery Park. I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
